• Decide on a date and confirm with us it's free.

• Choose from an 11am or 2pm start

• Book your party either by sending us an email, calling us, or printing off and completing a booking form to give back to us. Finalise your booking by paying a £40 deposit.

• Confirm final party numbers attending and any food allergies etc by contacting us a week before the party.

• Arrive 5 mins before your chosen time on the day of your party.

• You will have a special party table and your own set of paints to use.

• We help your guests choose a piece of pottery to paint.

• We explain how to paint your pieces.

• We capture the fingerprints for the birthday plate.

• If you'd like to bring a cake with you, you can have them at your table when you've finished painting. We can also supply a birthday cake at your additional request. Alongside party sweet cups.

• Collect your glazed and fired party pieces to distribute to your guests a week later.

Parties are for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 28 painters, and we only have space for 3 adults to stay for the party unless they are also painting their own pottery items. Other guests are welcome to use our cafe facilities.

The price is £18 per person and parties last about 1 1/2 hours.
